Tool Highlight shows up if the tool's durability goes down

Item Name in the hotbar reappears when it was used.
If you equip for example an iron axe it highlights above the hotbar the phrase "Iron Axe".
But if you break blocks/attack monsters with it, and the durability goes down, the highlight flashes up again.
