no voice

I think i found a bug,
When i start minecraft and when i am in the game, you should hear a 'click' by clicking on the buttons. But i don't hear that. Than when i am in a world or a server i don't hear the other voices, No rain, no sheeps, no walking on the blocks. Nothing. First i thought that a restart of the game shall fix it. That worked a couple of times. But now it don't works. I have restarted my game, i looked of other voices on youtube works, youtube worked. I tried everything. Than i restarted my computer, than the sounds works. But is er another way to solve this problem?
I am dutch so i can't talk and write english very well, so sorry for that. When you have questions you can ask and i shall try to explain it.
