Team color doesn't affect name above head

A player's name is white even though they are on a team with a color. This doesn't change even after reconnecting, reload, or restarting the server.

How to reproduce:

/team add teamRed
/team option teamRed color red
/team join teamRed @a

Everyone's names are still colored white
