Upward facing dispensers shoot no fire charge/they dont come back down.

When I put a dispenser to face upward then activate it, the fire charge would fire then just not come down or the texture disapeared. Though sometimes the firecharge would just plain not fire out, but there was still 1 less fire charge in it then before I flipped the switch.
