[MC-124191] Crash when giving named item

when you give yourself a named item using the command
/give @p stick{display:{Name:example-name}}
it crashes the game.

this is in snapshot 18w01a

They have changed the way it works.
Now it's:
/give @p stick{display:{Name:"{\"text\":\"example-name\"}"}

that doesn't fix the errot, it only slightly changes it, since the old command is still in game and when you use it it crashes..

Snapshot 18w01a refers to a Java Edition version of the game. If you are reporting a Java issue, a mod will move this ticket to the correct section.
