Changing the dimension nbt tag of entities doens't change their dimension

I excepted them to change dimension when changing their dimension tag but that isn't the case.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Summon a armor stand
2. Enter this command in chat: /data merge entity @e[type=armor_stand,limit=1] {Dimension:1}
