[MC-124404] Items are held differently when sneaking

Items do not clip correctly to your arm when sneaking. A big example would be punching while sneaking.

Put for example a sword in your mainhand
Give yourself mining fatigue to slow down your arm swing speed
```
/effect give @s minecraft:mining_fatigue 30 4 true
```
Switch to the front view (press F5 twice)
Hit with the sword while sneaking

This bug has existed since release 1.8 2014

Appears to be patched in 1.16.2

Cannot reproduce in 1.16.2 either, but since the exact fix version is unknown resolving this as "Cannot Reproduce"
