When you want to transfer all items out of a chest, using Shift + Double Click on the same item, it should transfer all of those items out of the chest. in 1.12+, it glitches into your inventory, and back into the chest. Please fix this.

It works for me. Try clicking on an item so you pick it up with your cursor before you do Shift + Double Click
