I type the command: give @p diamond_sword 1 1561 {Unbreakble:1b}
And I have a texture that gives me a different sword when the diamond sword is on its last hit. It shows up when the sword isn't unbreakable, but it doesn't when it is.
I'm trying to make a map where there are other textures for the sword, but I dont want the sword to break at the same time. I tested this in 1.10, and the texture still showed up even when the sword was unbreakable.

They still work fine for me, make sure the model file has the correct values.
Also, you have optifine installed, modded versions are not supported.
you added “damaged”:1 which is only true for breakable tools, to be more precise, setting to 1 makes it only selected if a durability bar is shown.
