Minerals tab in furnace recipe book displays apple item

It's actually not the minerals tab, it's the misc tab. I agree it's incorrect to have an apple icon though. I changed to a lava bucket and an emerald. lava bucket because it's used for misc in creative inventory and in crafting recipe book. And the emerald to give an example of what you can find in the tab.
