Nether fortress rooms that should contain blaze spawners do not.

I'm on seed 1448560068. Coords -251, 71, 42. I'm seeing the same issue. I found a second spot where a spawner should be and there was no spawner. I can't find it to confirm coords.
Can you please provide the seed and coordinates?
