Command block minecarts disappear upon reloading the world

The bug

Command block minecarts despawn when the world is reloaded.

This does not affect spawner minecarts.

To reproduce

  1. Summon a new command block minecart: /summon commandblock_minecart

  2. (Optional) enter a command

  3. Save and quit

  4. Reload the world

  5. Your command block minecart is gone
