Villages generate at weird heights

In 18w06a, village structures now spawn at some fairly odd (and different) heights

(Night Vision added to be able to see better in spectator)

Picture 1 is the birds eye view of the village
It doesn't have a well, and it has several holes that go all the way down to around bedrock

Picture 2 is the well. It has generated right above y = 0, and is filled with stone

Picture 3 is a farm that has spawned beneath a lava pool

Picture 4 is one of the giant holes that goes from the surface to bedrock. Below it, is a village house as shown in Picture 5.

This most likely relates to MC-125003, but it is distinctly different

Steps to reproduce
1. Create a new world in 18w06a, with seed 8607743678947408306.
2. Go to the coordinates 165, 72, 52.
3. You are at where the village well should be.

This has been fixed in 18w11a (maybe earlier)

This was probably the same issue as MC-125047.

I don’t think so. With that the villahes generated at the same height as the original, but in this, they generated right at the bottom of the world

My theory was that you were in a superflat world before generating the world with the corrupted village. But well, I guess it now doesn't matter anymore since both are fixed.
