Map crashes while I try to load it. The condition at the time of loading is that I am underwater about to be attacked by a spider. When I load, after about 1 second as an air bubble bursts it crashes - I don't know if it's because the spider attacked or the air bubble burst.

Thank you! Could you attach the (zipped) world folder as well please? If the file size is too big, upload it to somewhere else and link it here.
It was too big...

I did find a crashlog after all and have attached it above.
Do not attempt to go back into the world after it crashes from this error.
The first time I got the crash, it caused a Win10 BSOD.
I tried again after the pc recovered, and the game crashed a second time but thankfully not a BSOD.
I tried logging in to MC today to see if it had fixed with 1.13.1, but my HC world was gone.
Lots of progress lost. I'm done with MC for a few months while this gets sorted.
@unknown, you should probably check your hardware / Windows installation if you get a BSOD from Minecraft crashes.
Maybe Minecraft has made a backup of your world before loading it, check your .minecraft/backups
folder.
I must remind you that this bug was fixed during the development cycle for 1.13.1. Chances are you are not describing the issue from this ticket.
You can contact community support for more help dealing with BSODs or backups.

It's seems to not be solved because the sever keep crashing in 1.13.1 ... but its a duplicate of MC-131071
