While walking through the map, when I got to a ruin structure (sunken ship) the server crashed. I put it up, enter the game and it crashes again. Crash report indicates that the problem is a few missing files for the ruin.

This is MC-125134
Same here. At first, I was messing with MCEdit with the map (seed) in its 1.12.2 gen to import construction on it, and then reset all chunks but the imported ones to regen the world with 1.13 new features.
But, this morning, I tried to generate the same seed directly in 1.13 without doing anything with mcedit beforehand, and the game still crashes when I'm trying to explore those chunks where I guess ruins are trying to pop.
Which is weird since I've been able to look ruins. Only the big ones seems to cause the crash..?
