[MC-125697] crash after open the menu

in my world on singleplayer when I open the menu (with Echap) the game crash and I have a message "Plantage du jeu" and in my log nothing just it stop whithout error message.

I know I've had this problem when opening the recipe book in survival then switching to creative and pressing E. Closing the recipe book seemed to fix this at least for my case.
