Tridents enchanted with channeling will work in the end during a thunderstorm under certain conditions

Steps to reproduce:
1. Set the weather to thunder
2. go to the end and throw the channeling trident at a mob in the end, it will not create lightning (intended effect)
3. exit the world and then come back
4. throw the channeling trident at a mob again and the lightning will strike as if there was a thunderstorm in the end
