In creative mode, fish buckets are used when placing the fish

The bug

When you are in creative mode, and you place down a fish in a bucket (salmon_bucket, cod_bucket, pufferfish_bucket), it turns into a regular bucket, which is inconsistent with creative mode behavior (like placing water).

How to reproduce

1. Get a fish bucket (one of the IDs listed above)

2. Place down the fish
   → You should see that you end up with a regular bucket
