Lava can appear under the ocean

From the 18w08a post on minecraft.net:
"Some ocean ravines cut deep, exposing lava to the seas"
So this feature works as indeed.

This does not, what it’s refering to is the creation of the magma blocks as a random chance; lava in direct contact with water without changing is not intended, ever.
