Basically when my friend tries to open the Minecraft, everything is okay until he tries to open a map. After the try to open, the game simply stops working.
(And yes, I know that one of the images is in Portuguese, but the white image is the important one there.)

Update: The problem happens in every version, including 1.12.2

However, this issue is Invalid.
Your Minecraft version is outdated. We currently take issues for version 1.12.2 and the latest snapshot (currently 18w08b).
Please update to the latest version as it includes the newest fixes. If you still have this problem after updating, then please create a new issue.
In case of a game crash, please also attach the crashlog.
