Paintings in minecraft still don't appear until about 5 minuets after placing a painting on a 1.5.1 minecraft server.

Its not a duplicate... Im saying it still does that even on 1.5.1 when thats supposed to be fixed

Paintings are placed instantly on 1.5.1 client connected to 1.5.1 server.
