Magma blocks do not initially generate bubble columns in ruins

I can confirm that this is a real thing. A block update will also make the bubbles appear.

This is probaly because the structure nbt files don't contain the bubble columns themselves.

I noticed this too but try moving away from the magma block after touching it. It will cause the bubble column affect and still generate no bubbles

Still doesn't seem to work in pre-release 2.

I tested it (MC 1.13-pre2).

This is due to the generation of the structure. Sometimes the generation lags and this causes this bug.

Appears to be fixed in 1.13-pre6.
