On the ocean floor, in some places the gravel and sand is per chunk, and in other places it blends together

So i was about to make a post about where it occured, and what the seed is, and created a new world with the coords and seed to check if it happened. And it didn't. Both of these worlds were created in the same snapshot, and are taken in the same place. If you still want the seed and blockpos, the seed was 8413316150454350516, and it happened around -480 115 2293
