Are you sure you have the right seed? I checked those coordinates in a world with that seed and found nothing. Also, if a screenshot doesn't get added, try adding it again.

However, we're tracking this issue in MC-65628.

Quite an old bug! Although the report describes the issue occurring with the amplified world generation, this comment by Marcono1234 reveals that it's actually the same issue.
