I can't add ss due of jira error! At the seed 5622198261555030430 at 768 y -407 we can find Underwater monument that ALL stands on the prismarine philars, probably it is cause of the new generator.

Thats actually normal! 😃
The monument started generating on its South-East corner (the only corner touching seafloor) and thats why the rest of the monument generated high above the lower terrain. The pillars just generate downwards until they hit the floor
