Magma Cube with SeaGrass on top of Water Won't Create bubble column still without seagrass on it. Instead smoke and the extinguish fire sound will appear.

This magma block cant make bubbles becouse there's no water block next to it. There's seagrass or stonebricks that are not counted as water. Bubble generating is so inconsistant with requirement of water next to bubble column...=/
