[MC-12678] Rapid Fire Redstone Connecting to Pistons Creates a Graphical Glitch

When you use rapid fire redstone, pistons will glitch. (see screenshot) How to make:
1. Make a really fast circuit like this then destroy the torch really quickly.
rp:repeater r:redstone rt: redstone torch
r rp rp r rt
r rp rp r
2. If power is circulating you did it right.
3. Attach both sides of redstone to piston.

I reproduced it. @Daniel you need it on the right speed. There are two speeds you can put it at. 1. REALLY FAST: Piston does not update. or 2. Piston make a graphical glitch

Ok now I understand the problem. Duplicate of MC-8328. Note Jebs comment there that this is unfixable.
