Instead, they stay in place, that will make them drown after a while.
Step to reproduce:
►Place water.
►Spawn a lot of baby wolf (or baby ocelot, tamed or not).
►Half of them (or less) won't follow the water stream.
It should be fixed, since this is a very important bug.

Successfully reproduced this bug but not with baby wolf. I'm not sure how, but this relates to MC-119.
