This is definitely an issue with Minecraft Launcher and involves issues with accounts on more than one device. Minecraft Launcher will not install Bedrock and Preview as I have a second PC with the same Xbox account. However, Microsoft Store WILL install Bedrock but, of course, Preview is not available on Microsoft Store so it has to be done through the launcher.
For anyone who has the same problem as this, you will need to sign out of your XBox account on your second device and shut it down. Then log in to the new device and Minecraft Launcher will then allow you to install Preview. But, be careful and back up all your worlds on all your accounts on your device before doing this as this can sometimes corrupt the installation on a separate account, as it did mine, which probably needs it’s own bug report.
In short, I’ve fudged my way around this, but it still needs looking into as Preview can’t be installed/played without a lot of work-arounds.
Recently, I removed my account from the Win11 PC and with it the Microsoft and Minecraft accounts leaving the original account whose files got corrupted. I was still unable to load MC Preview from MC Launcher.
Since the latest versions of Bedrock Edition and Preview were released I tried to install MC Preview again using the account that was corrupted and it worked. This account has MC Bedrock and MC Preview working fine.
I then created another fresh user account for my other Microsoft and Minecraft account. I installed MC Launcher but neither install from the Launcher. See attached picture.

At the bottom it says ‘idle’ and stays that way. Following the link to Microsoft Store Library for details provides no details. I’m not sure why this was moved away from MC Launcher bug as it doesn’t work from MC Launcher. Anyway, I hope this helps to resolve the problem.
Can confirm that I am compelled to disable RTX when mining due to the strobing/flashing effect caused by this bug. Minecraft should come with a warning.
Having investigated further this seems to be at least partly related to installation issues as the file size on the disc is just less than 80k.
Also, if relevant, it was only possible to install MC Preview at all from the Launcher by logging out of the Xbox app on a separate Win 10 PC that uses the same Minecraft account.
When crouching, the selected block (the one with the outline) is the same as if you were standing. So basically it's not changing the selected block when you crouch.
I sometimes get this crash when loading the game. It gets to around 65% then the screen flashes red for a second and it quits back to the desktop. The same windows log is generated.
The next time I try to start the game it will load, but it will tell me that my "global resources have been reset" however they are still set to active in the global resources menu, but will become inactive the next time I load the game if I don't deactivate and reactivate them.
The simplest solution is to uninstall the game and never play it again.
I have tried this and found that the application hangs on the Loading Resources screen when I quit an RTX enabled world. I was unable to regain use of the desktop, and unable to even do a normal restart or shutdown (even by using the power button). Ended up having to reset the computer without a clean shutdown, which is not good.
I've tried 3 different RTX resource packs, they all have this issue.
In my case it doesn't happen every time I leave a world with RTX off, but it will 100% happen if I leave the world with RTX off and close the game. The next time I go in to a world and enable RTX, everything is shiny.
This was designed to save people from the void in the end, because those return gateways sometimes TP people to the void (but that's the subject of another complaint).
The problem is that it now TPs people in the overworld and nether.
@Avoma Yes, I looked, you also saw an error with the generation of glowing berries, many bugs from them have already been fixed, but this bug has not yet been fixed
Certificate at https://redstone-launcher.mojang.com/ expired yesterday, please fix!

Breaking the stone block causes some nearby blocks to appear to change to sand for a split second.
[media][media]This only appears for a split second as a “flash”, had to check frame by frame in order to see what it was doing.
Affects version 1.20.71
This hasn't been resolved, I still get this issue in 1.19.73

This should be fixed.
Even if the pots cannot take PBR textures, they should still be visually non-glitched. It's two different issues.
"Won't fix" This is a game ruining bug. How are decisions like this made?

Before 1.18.10 that command would have stopped working as soon as I entered the nether.
I have the following command in the end:
tp @a[x=-10000,y=-100,z=-10000,dx=20000,dy=130,dz=20000] 3 65 -6
