Unarmed drowned by spawn egg / command to spawn don't take the initiative to attack the villagers and player

Was able to recreate this. They do chase villagers and the villagers will run away, but they don't attack or do damage to the villagers.

I think the cause for this is MC-127294; I resolved this report as a duplicate of that one (I hope you don't mind, @unknown) because I'm able to reproduce this bug at day, but not at night.

You're right it is only happening at night in my game too.
