The Channeling enchantment doesn't work for drowned-thrown tridents

See title.

Steps to reproduce:

1. /weather thunder 1000000

2. /summon drowned ~ ~ ~ {HandItems:[{id:trident,Count:1},{}]}

3. /enchant @e[type=drowned] channeling

4. Get attacked by the drowned, by having it throw it's trident.

5. You don't get struck by lightning.
