[MC-1274] [Close] Milk Not working

In any gamemode milk is not removing potion effects.

Edit:
I tested with many potions(most of them).

Also I'm using Optifine and Forge.

On Multiplayer it works.

Edit 2:
I think the problem should be in some mod I installed, sorry for posting it here.

Could not reproduce, Milk always remove buff and debuff effects
btw, the Environment option in ticket detail means your computer system, not the environment in the game
