The bug
I made this system that the second I spawn a certain mob, it would teleport them right into the Void (-512 to be exact) but some of them don't teleport there. Instead, they act as if they are there, but their bodies are still where they were when I teleported them.
How to reproduce
Place a repeating command block with the command
/execute as @e[type=cow] at @s run tp @s ~ -512 ~
Spawn some cows with a spawn egg
→ ❌ The cows visually don't teleport into the void

To Anunay Jain (If pings are a thing forgive me cause I don't use this thing often): I do it with other mobs, but only Turtles, Mooshrooms & Zombie Horses seem to say in place yet they act as if they're in the new location
Confirmed for 1.13.1, however as told before, this only happens when the command block is activated already when spawning the mobs.
Only Happens When a mob is teleported just the moment it is spawned. It happens always regardless of where you teleport it and affects all entities, not just Turtles or Mooshrooms.
[media]EDIT: In the First Screenshot I spawned the mob using a renamed Mob Egg
