Eye of Ender doesn't locate portal

Resolved

Duplicate

Eye of Ender leads me to 0,0 as opposed to an actual stronghold

Environment

Java 8 update 160
windows 10 pro 64 bit

I don't see how this is a duplicate exactly. The other specifically reference end and nether. Also it is not fixed. The other one is marked fixed.
