Resource Pack makes everything look black and purple

I tried to use the resource pack I made for Minecraft 1.12 in 1.13's snapshots but it just makes everything look black and purple (missing texture) including menus and there's no sound either. Afaik there are no resource pack changes in 1.13 so I don't know why this happens.

1.12 resource packs are not compatible with 1.13.
