[MC-127840] Weird tunnel/light vision

It is kind of hard to see; but I am experiencing a weird bug while playing MCPC that makes an almost light/tunnel vision affect. It is extremely annoying and obstructing and I can’t find a way to make it disappear. Please help.

This is an April Fools Resource pack that will eventually go away. Works as intended.
