This Bug is in all Versions!!!
There are some missing Translation for some Blocks or Mobs.
In this Picture you can see the distinction! This is the Spawner-Minecart!

I can confirm that these are all internal cheat-only tiles and entities. Not even availible in creative.
Invalid or WAI, or something, it isn't relevant.
The truth is that these aren't availible in vanilla minecraft aside from use of cheats (for items) or third-party editors. Most of the blocks you can get using cheats are technical and aren't intended to use.
