You cannot place sea pickles on top of non solid blocks

If you try to place a sea pickle on top of a non solid block nothing happen.

The Resolution is: "Works As Intended"

but there is a fix Version marked: Minecraft 18w16a

If it is a Bug it wasn't fixed with: Minecraft 18w16a

Because this still happens in 18w16a, she probably marked this as WAI intentionally, but added the fix version by accident.
