If a player with "slow falling effect", begin to walk from a "not waterlogged lower slab", into water that has the same altitude of the slab, the player will simply walk on the water just like on the ground.
The player should be sinking in this situation.
Here is how to trigger it:
1, find or make a pool.
2, place a lower slab in the top water block somewhere.
3, take out the water from the slab.
4, stand on that slab, give yourself slow falling effect.
5, walk onto the water around you (not run or jump).
Then you can walk or stand on the water, just like on the ground.

@[Mod] violine1101 I found that if player fall down to the water naturally (or walk into water from a whole block), he actually WOULD sink at a very low rate. However, once he try to float up a little bit (press space bar), he immediately becomes un-dragged-down-able. You think that is intended?
The bug only works if you have upward/no momentum before you enter underwater standing (i.e. not swimming)
For example, swim upwards then stop swimming while having the slow falling effect active.
It doesn't work if you have downward momentum.
The issue here is that with slow falling, you don't fall (or, get dragged down) at all while in water. I am very sure this is intended though.
