5 eyes of ender thrown, 4 point to 0,0 . fifth one was thrown from near 0,0 and pointed away from 0,0. Went into spectator mode and looked around, no stronghold

I checked a single player world with the same seed. The pearls worked for one location and i found a stronghold. Went back to multiplayer world (originally generated in 18W10 or 18W11) and no stronghold exists at the location. /locate sends you to 8,8 and there is nothing there in both the server and single player.
