[MC-128229] Coral reefs don't generate in warm ocean

I see a warm ocean with sea pickles but no corals appeared. The coral reefs don't generate sea pickles appear in warm oceans and can be seen.

I may be wrong but I don't think coral reefs are actually added to the snapshots yet. At least not spawning.

they don't generate in ALL warm ocean biomes, you have to be quite lucky to find one

I understood I wasn't in the middle of the warm ocean so there was no coral
