Hmm, thank you for your prompt reply. I did a search but I find it strange that the result you mention was not returned.
After reading your response I must admit that at first I was rather taken by surprise before I realized that it is your standard response. It occurs to me that in some cases the language you use may not be well received and I would like to recommend a slight rewording if I may.
In pointing out that it is a duplicate, it is already apparent to the individual that duplicate reports are counter productive. In addition, to the long term member who would already be aware, some personalities may be offended. If I may be so bold, perhaps a note for new users requesting that they read the guidelines for posting so that they can provide the most effective reports may be better in its place.
