[MC-128397] Concrete causes lag

Concrete blocks of any color cause lag. The more of the blocks placed the more lag occurs. Usual frame rate in chunks (and surrounds) was 60 and in the chunks (and surrounds) with the concrete blocks drops to 10-20 frames per second.

EDIT; Since placing concrete blocks the world is lagging in regards to chunk loading aswell.

Does the lag stop if you remove the concrete?

This is NOT resolved. Running vanilla server in 1.14.4 and my son started building a house out of black concrete. Server began experiencing lags every 20 seconds or so. Removed the concrete and lag went away. Definitely caused by concrete!

Its been few months until i read this problem i played on 1.17.1 and the bug isnt fix
