[MC-128424] Blocks generate inside shipwrecks

Blocks like sand, gravel, stone or dirt are generated inside shipwrecks preventing to enter the other room.

I’m pretty sure this is intended. You’re supposed to excavate the wreck, to get the treasure. Plus, it’s a wreck, so no wonder it’s full of sand.
