When killed by pufferfish in survival mode, it will appear as "[USERNAME] was slain by entity.minecraft.puffer_fish". Not a major issue, however a simple thing. There is an image to demonstrate this.
Side note: Horses are textured incorrectly, almost invisible with a few small dark spots. An image has been attached.
