Just a bug that I noticed:
*After every push a hopper sends 2 items at a time:
The hopper will release items in a stack 2 at a time in quick succession despite delay between each item.

Please elaborate on the first point.
The second point is invalid as hoppers both push and pull, the hopper above just pushes it into a disabled hopper; all a disabled hopper does is not push/pull on it's own.
Lastly, please only report one issue per ticket.
