[MC-128770] Woodland mansions still generate in dark forest hills

Woodland mansions will still generate in roofed forest mountains, even though other biome-specific structures won't generate in "mutated" biomes. To reproduce, use the seed 8 on the dark forest hills buffet world type, and go to 3072 82 2835.

Seed 0 actually generates a random seed (MC-44944). Can you check the seed in game using /seed?

Okay I fixed it. I changed the seed to 8 (and even used the seed command to check and it was 8). This should be easy to reproduce now.

This is unrelated to the biome. It will have the same issue if it generates inside mountains or other biomes.

No, the issue is that they generate in mutated biomes, unlike every other biome-specific structure.
