[MC-128882] Structure Blocks Don't Save, nor Load files to/from computer in the new 1.13 snapshots

Structure blocks no longer save/load structures to/from the game. When tried in the 1.13 snapshots nothing happens, while the 1.12 version still works

There could be several possible explanations for this, none of which are bugs, I'm afraid.

Your structures are still in data and were not moved to a data pack
Your structure name uses disallowed characters, such as capital letters or spaces
Your structure uses blocks that were renamed (see MC-122174)
