...Level 20 works...
...Level 99999? appears as -31073 (which strangely works regardless of where you are, but doesn't fling you anywhere)
...Level 30000? My game crashed

@violine1101 this isn't a potion effect, this is an enchantment. MC-10755 has pretty much nothing to do with enchantments (other than when they talked about efficiency 100 but I'm pretty sure this is different)

The ticket is about effects with amplifiers over 4 and enchantments with level over max default value.
