[MC-128970] When Riptide is stupidly high/low

...So I decided to mess around with Trident enchantments, specifically Riptide
...Level 10 works...
...Level 20 works...
...Level 99999? appears as -31073 (which strangely works regardless of where you are, but doesn't fling you anywhere)
...Level 30000? My game crashed

@violine1101 this isn't a potion effect, this is an enchantment. MC-10755 has pretty much nothing to do with enchantments (other than when they talked about efficiency 100 but I'm pretty sure this is different)
