/effect give @a hunger 10 1 true

In Adventure/Survival Mode, hunger bar changes colour but does not lower level

Does this affect 1.12.2? Does the effect work if you don't apply it repeatedly?

Actually, I believe had the commands wrong. You can mark this bug invalid. It does appear to work.
